Medical problems?

It has been really hard for me to lift my right harm up lately. And I think the problem area is my back, maybe my shoulder. At first I thought it was a pulled muscle. But now I'm starting to think its something else, because it doesn't really hurt, Except for a little from time to time. And its been close to a week and it hasn't gotten any better, even though I haven't been moving it, and I've also been icing it. What do you think it is.

Answer:
It could be a spinal problem. Go see a chiropractor or an orthopedist. You may need MRI or X-ray to find out what's really going on. Could be anything from a torn ligament, to a misaligned vertebra, to a disc problem.
that is one for the Dr to tell you after getting an x-ray of it =good luck
