Right now most condition care plans will walk to "arbitration" if the member get a crappy doctor or care. Perhaps the law need to be changed so that malpractice cases will shift to regular court. In regular court, if the ruling is not favorable, the losing party can appeal. There is no appeal process contained by arbitration. Perhaps this will lead to much better diligence.
Hi, here is a bombshell for you.We need to destroy the 3rd party expense system. In other words the insured (patient) gets the stipend not the health provider(doctor, hospital). Now that would cause the system compete to get the patient(better service, better prices) surrounded by other words real competition contained by the real world. After adjectives its your money you spend it where it's best for you.Check it out-this is hot!
The ruling that deals near prior authorization. Sometimes this law wilderness critical time for the patient.
As a healthcare social worker, I would suggest researching Medicaid (or doesn`t matter what your state assistance program is). It's coverage can be so limited or certificate too strict for everyone to receive the same plane of medical care.
