325mg percocept?

is there such a thing?

Answer:
there is no such thing as 325 mg of percocet you might get a 5/325 or 7.5/325 or 10/325 even 15/325...the 325 stands for the amount of Tylenol in the percocet...when i first started taking my percocet i was very worried at the 325 as well but the FDA says that you can take up to 1600 mg of Tylenol in one day...and if there is no 325 after the oxycodone then you are on oxycodone hcl which is a little different then actual percocet.so i guess to answer your question yea and no.the Tylenol level can also be 500...it's up to you doctor... hope this helps!
yeah, but you got it kinda mixed up. It's 325 mg of aspirin and 5 mg of oxycodone. That makes up a percocet. Sometimes the oxycodone could be 7.5 or 10 mg.
Percocet is a combination of oxycodone and tylenol. The 325mg is the amount of tylenol in the pill. It is generally written like this: amount of oxycodone/amount of tylenol. Percocet comes in 2.5/325, 5/325, 10/650, and 7.5/500. The first number is the amount of oxycodone, the second number is the amount of tylenol. Hope this helps.
The 325mg in Percocet is the acetamenophen (Tylenol). It also has either 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg or 10mg of oxycodone. It is usually written, for example 5/325.

It's a pain killer that is used for moderate to severe pain.

NO! What you are identifying is Percocet that is the brand
name and the generic equivalent is Oxycodone 5mg and Acetaminophen (Tylenol) 325mg. As mentioned above it does not contain Aspirin the product containing aspirin is Percodan. As stated in it's name Percocet the "CET" stands for aCETtaminophen or tylenol.
The person above me is incorrect about the 15 mg pills. There is no Tylenol or anything else in the 15 or 30 mg tablets. They are pure opiates, Oxycodone all by itself. Other than that, she is correct, Percocet does not come in 325 mgs, that is the amount of Tylenol in the pill.
