When you eat ice cream your mouth becomes cold, (DUH!) and the cells in the roof of your mouth become cold also. So, when you get a brain freeze, put you tongue on the roof of your mouth until you headache goes remotely away.
if you eat ice cream real fast then you might get a headache
Ice cream and frozen drinks are often the culprit.
Ice cream headaches are from when you eat alot of ice cream really really fast. At least that's how I get them. lol
