How can I achieve more restful sleep at dark? tips?

Answer:
They say receive a routine going --like taking a hot bath and drinking herbal sleepytime tea--and ur brain know its gettting ready to dance sleepy time and when u get contained by ur bed sleep comes faster and u will sleep more deeply. If this doesn't work in that is always sleeping pills., which am not recomending.
If you appropriate a Advil or Tylenol before you step to bed, it helps abundantly.

Good luck
Be very stirring during the day. exercise. work your BRAIN also. do mind-teasers and such. munch through well. burn calories. it will lend a hand you reach REM sleep (rapid eye movement sleep). REM is the deepest state of sleep. dreaming keep you from reaching REM.
Try warm tub, warm tea. I be told not to watch TV contained by bed and it actually worked. I sit in the living room and monitor TV and then when to bed and sleep adjectives night and woke up revived.
I have a dismal time sleeping. I have found that a thaw bath and melatonin comfort me sleep through the night. I stir up refreshed and near is no "hang-over" from melatonin. You can get time released melatonin also if you find you shift to sleep and then rouse up in the middle of the darkness. Melatonin is the natural hormone your body produces to cause you sleepy. I buy it at Target.
