I was walking [ strictly long distance, uphill, downhill] and I suddenly got a horrible headache in the fund of my left knees. It began burning and my entire leg and hip become so stiff I had to put most of my freight on the other leg. It hurt pretty bad but afterwards the pain subsided a touch bit. The next morning it was a dull smarting mostly with some sharp shooting pains every so habitually. When I tried to go on my way of walking again, the pain be so bad I couldn't do it. It be a sensation of something being stretched by both ends surrounded by the BACK of my knee..any concept as to what my condition is?
