"Evolve. Use a condom every time"? What are they trying to say with this words? Are they trying to tell people that its ok to have sex everytime but just use condom to be safe?Do think this is a responsible act? I think this ad is immoral! What do you think of it?

It means stop beating your hair chest and walking on your knuckles and wrap it up everytime you have sex. Yes its ok to have sex everytime you have sex, they aren't saying you should have sex everyday. Yes its a responsible act if they didn't tell people this we would have more people on this earth then we could deal with! Condoms and birth control are a wonderful thing!!
it says use a condom everytime u have sex... its not saying to do it all the time.
