Im scared! So does this suggest i have ruptured ear drum or some infection or anything too serious
Answers: Don't stress. Anytime you are sick you can carry a buildup of fluid behind your eardrum. This cause to feel similar to you can't hear as well, you are plugged up etc. There is a tube that go from the back of your throat to the nouns behind the eardrum and when you are sick the pressure cause the tube to remain closed when it is supposed to open and close freely. That is why you may have a feeling your ears pop or have the sensation of nouns. If your eardrum ruptured you probably would have see some blood come out of your ear canal, on your pillow or something. Once your flu get better your ears will probably continue to be blocked for a few days. Any longer than that and you will inevitability to see a doctor for antibiotics.
