Whats wrong?
Answers: You may have moved a ligament by cracking your wrists enough for it to detain on something. You can irritate the tissue by chronic "cracking". Your wrist has a sheath that surrounds it and when it become irritated or the tendons become irritated the area become narrower than normal. This is humiliated so you may not be to this point just all the same but be careful especially very soon that you are noticing this "stuck" type sensation. I don't conjecture it warrants a pop in to the doctor. Just try and relax your wrist for a little while and eventually it will release.
ADD: The wrist anatomy consists of several bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles as all right. The lunate is the most common bone to misplace but usually happen from falling. Depending on how you "crack" your wrists I suppose it is possible.
you should stop cracking them, that's the reason they become rigid if you do it a lot
