Normal: Itching, Redness, a bump
Abnormal: Any and everything else
the only spider in north america that can kill u garunteed without medical care is the black widow so dont worry
Keep an eye on it. Most likely it is just being wiped away by your immune system and healing gradually. If it becomes more distinct and interferes with normal day to day activities, consult your parents or tell a doctor. (Just so you know, when you get a cut from something and some of that peroxide stuff is painfully being poured over your wound, that burning sensation is an indication that the cut is recovering. This may be somewhat similar.)
as soon as your bitten...
Its probably too late for doing much of anything now except making sure the bite doesn't get infected.
In general if you make it past the first 12 hours your not going to die from it. The only problems you might have are some dead tissue on the bite area but that depends on the spider that bit you and you. Some people have worse reactions than others.
If you start to see some red streaking around the bite then go see a doctor. Otherwise just take a pain pill and wait it out. Most bite stop hurting in less than 24 hours.
The only anti venom I know of is for black widow bites and its a one time thing you cant ever use it again after you use it the first time. but you don't describe enough pain for me to even imagine it being a black widow.
