how can oyu treat a bullet wound in the arm please the bullet is not left in but i know that it will leave one hell of a scar

A bullet wound is a serious puncture wound. It must be cleaned and disinfected to have a hope of healing without causing serious infection. If you or someone you know has a bullet wound, they should be at a hospital. If you absolutely cannot go to a hospital, clean it as best you can with alcohol (fair warning, it will hurt a LOT), and bandage it with Neosporin from a NEW tube and STERILE gauze.
This will hurt, rub salt in it,keep it clean then go to yr gp.
