Will I bring back arthritis?

I have a dependence of cracking almost every joint contained by my body... I know its annoying but I always grasp this urge to do so...its like a agony...it dont necessarily hurt but it triggers something in my brain that tell me to crack whatever cut of my body where I received the reaction... I can literally be in a thoughtful sleep...but if i feel the urge to crack my knuckles, nouns, or any other part of my body i rouse right up...Is this a health issue...can i in actual fact get arthritis from cracking my joint...and is there anyway from stopping my urge?

If the defence for this action is explored, the human being will often relate the "habit" to a fancy of tension which builds up and can one and only be relieved by the movement in request for information.

Sometimes these individuals develop chronic physical conditions related to the constant stress on the muscles and/or skeleton. An example of this is an aching upper or mid stern, an aggravated tempero-mandibular joint (TMJ syndrome), or sore muscles.
NO! you cannot capture arthritis from this. Anyone who says you can clearly hasn't reasearched the topic. As for getting rid of the habbit; It's easiest to capture a new, more constructive habbit to oblige keep your mind stale the old one.
