My throat hurts really bleak any rapid solutions please oblige?

Gargle with reheat water and saline, it should help...
drink plenty of fluids
pocket some over the counter motrin, advil or ibuprofen. Also depending on what is causing it- you might want to filch actifed or sudafed. If it is a post nasal drip, that would help.
the motrin, advil or ibu-- will abet the swelling and pain surrounded by your throat and offer some backache relief.
Using a throat lozenge, similar to cepastat or cepacol is also good. They own a numbing agent in them and that really help.
warm tea, or liquid help temporarily too, and blowing your snout often.
If it continues for longer that 2-3 days see the MD impose it could be an infection!
