Is it unhealth to stay up late?
Answer:
It is definitely unhealthy to stay up late. our body absorbs energy from the atmosphere (air, light). there is a presence of negative energy at night. On the other hand there is a lot we can take in from the atmosphere in the early hours of the morning , you miss this if you wake up late.
you can try for urself. you must be much more refreshed throughout the day if you sleep at night and wake up early. and relatively dull when you sleep late and wake up late.
Moreover, our digestive organs must be resting at night to keep us healthy. so its better if we don't dine late and sleep on time to maintain the balance.
Actually human bodies start to need sleep from around 10 p.m., when their temperature starts decreasing. If you go to bed later than that, you will be awake that much longer and that is an added burden to your body. It is scientifically proven that, if you go to bed at 10 p.m., you are likely to get a deeper sleep. If you sleep well, your body will produce more growth hormones and your metabolism will improve, which would also help you to defy aging.
what?
No, it's not unhealthy to stay up late. It is, however, very unhealthy not to get enough sleep (known as sleep deprivation). 5 stages occur during the sleep cycle:
1. Stage N1 (NREM)
2. Stage N2 "
3. Stage N3 "
4. Stage N4 "
5. REM Sleep
Sleep is responsible for regenerative processes and is a vital function of the brain and general health. REM (rapid eye movement) sleep assists the brain stem with functions such as memory consolidation.
Sleep deprivation can cause several symptoms including clinical depression, fainting, confusion, hallucinations, tremor, hypertension, irritability, and/or psychosis
oh yeah, and death.
well you should get up to 8 hours of sleep otherwise you will get very, very tired. say driving, you might fall asleep at the wheel lack to less sleep. so yes, it is in many ways
Well again it all depends on YOUR sleep schedule...if you work nights then no staying up late nothing wrong..it's just recommended an adult get's at least 6-8 hours a sleep a day/night..anything over or under that can make you feel down in the dumps.
Some of this depends upon your own internal clock.. there are night people and day people and people in between.
The key is not whether it is late by the world clock but if it is late by your biological clock.. For example, if you are trained to work third shift then you equivalent hours are different.
You need a basic amount of sleep at regular intervals and when you thin that out or skip it your performance will suffer.
don't burn the candle at both ends and keep a regular schedule for what ever your life pattern is and you should be fine.
It's pscyho-spiritually unhealthy, in my opinion, unless you're working, studying, ect.
It sort of goes against the grain of the work ethic, and the early-to-bed/early-to-rise principle. That becomes displaced with the irresponsible mentality. In can also affect the physical well-being.
your body needs rest. i don't think it matters whether you get start at 10 pm or 5 am...you just need 8 hours of rest. depending on your age, the younger you are the need for eight hours is more important than middle-aged, then I think you can get by on 6 or 7 hours.
Mmm K. I'd say it's just as healthy as sleepin' to long. Yea I think thats your brain that GOSE to sleep tween 11-2 dude. WTFU
