my nose...idk what it is...but the proboscis part between ur nostrils and above ur ur moustace and below and part of of da trunk...mine has a bumb on it...approaching if i touch it it hurts...i just get it...howd it get at hand...i dont remeber hitting my nosee or anything..its just get there....ever since i get da cold...

You could be blowing your nose profusely because of your cold. And you have irritated your skin until it's coarse. If it is really bothering you, try putting a used tea bag on it...specifically make yourself a cup of tea, and when you whip the tea bag out of your tea, wrap it contained by a paper towel and put that on your owwy. If it is a boil or a pimple, the boil will help it come to a pave the way, which can then be broken and drained. If it is lately raw skin from blowing, the boil will soothe it.
probably just a pimple lacking a head nonetheless.
