I have Grade 3 Spondylolisthesis and i want to know what others with this condition are useing for pain manage

I also have had it for 9 years.Unfortunately medication was the ONLY relief i got.Ive tried it all.P.T tens unit provides relief to be able to walk at times.Ice and heat provides relief as long as it is on.Doctors that are o n this drug abuse kick has ruined my life.The best pain meds are yes very addictave But keeps me able to shower,go with kids,even not able to stand long enough to cook.Now i am doing good to get a 5mg lortab.DOES FAZE PAIN.So i suffer.Ive had it all spinal injections are a joke for me.They may help others i got 2 days relief with no back up pain meds.doctors are taking the abuse too far.I have 9 different injuries and am in pain 24/7.No help.And frankly am so tired of suffering.Oxcy works.If used properly i am able to go,stand,walk.goodluck
