It sounds like you have a concussion. You should see a doctor- go to your urgent care or the ER.
I would advice you to go to the emergency room immediately.

I am not a Dr. but to me - it sounds like you may have a concusion...If I was you, I would get to a Dr. as quickly as possible.
Is there anyone home with you? If so, you may ask them to monitor if you fall asleep. Don't risk it, get some medical help soon!

it sounds like you need to go to the doctor really .cause it sounds like it's serious. go to the emergency room or call a ask a nurse.
I think its best if you were to go to the doctor fast before the concussion gets worse. Concussions could get serious if they are not treated.
