Got an appointment at the doctors in morning, i've arranged that i drink too much, and i mean too much. but formerly you shout ALCOHOLIC at the screen, tolerate me try to give the reason why.
I have a okay stressfull job working 14-16 hours a daytime, i get phonecalls on my days rotten from work.
When i get home i cant take tired, and if i drink several cans of beer i find its the quickest method to want to go to sleep.
If i dont own a drink i find myself stiil wide awake at 6 within the morning. If im lucky enough to get the impression tired without have a drink, i will go to bed but toss and turn adjectives night in need going to sleep and then i will start to sweat. Do you chew over the doc will be able to back me ?

yes he may give you tablets but i don't construe you are an alcoholic because you don't drink 24/7 lots of people budge out to the pub at night and own a few drinks good luck x
yes, the doc will serve you. And you are not alone- LOADS of people drink too much for the reasond you mention. The doc will enjoy heard it formerly, believe me! Good luck, you are certainly not alone
yeah he'll help out you. but . he might sign you off work due to stress. i know because a guy i know be the same, i be real worried almost him...but he sorted himself out during his time off and he applied for a up to date position at work and hes really happy presently. hopefully now hes cut down on the drink his condition will improve and his confidence is already starting to raise...and maybe only just maybe we will be capable of get together and craft a go of things. devout luck hunny, its the first step realising you're in obligation of help.
You should stop b4 you draw from in HUGE triouble. My dad used 2 drink and he get out of control and he go to jail but Now he academic his lesson and bcame christian im telling you bcause God sent me to stop b4 somethng unpromising happens.

firstly, most people i know own a few beers at night after work.
i don't suggest your a alcoholic, but if you feel you may enjoy a drinking problem then you are right to wish advice from the doctors, capably done for wanting to sort it out.
regarding sleeping, economically i would say try some over the counter sleeping pills, but if it's alcohol your drinking, i don't suggest it will be a good view.
Have you thought the alcohol could be why you can't sleep, you are aware you haven't had a drink and thats why your tossing roughly so much in your bed.
hold you tried going to bed early, reading for a hour or so or watching tv surrounded by bed, that way your relaxed at lowest possible?

The doc will probably tell you that your stressed out. Dont stop drinking, purely cut back. Lay past its sell-by date the coffee after 2200hrs. I find that reading a book in low flimsy conditions helps me to gain tired but someone will probably say that this is impossible for your eyes!
I also work many hours on a irregular shift pattern so I know where on earth you are coming from. Remember that stress can lead to other mental and physical problems and it desires you to recognise it quikly. Take some time out from work.

Go get give support to from the doctor! You could have a few illnesses e.g. stress, depression, insomnia and alcohol/work addiction.

Hi here Karl P, I wont shout alcoholic at you! I think that, because of your stressful errand, you find it difficult to unwind and relax. I am sure that your doctor will be able to sustain you and find an alternative to drink. Please try to keep rotten of the drink, it is a slippery slope that will only serve to ruin your feature of life. Have you thought going on for changing your profession? It sounds like it is not doing your robustness any good. I craving you all the best! :o)
