I'm so tired...?

I was simply wondering if anyone could give me any counsel. I'm a 21 yr old womanly.I'm so tired lately. It seems similar to in the final week I just can't sleep adequate. I usually go to bed around ten and get up up at 5:30, and for the most part I'm surrounded by a deep sleep. Over the weekend I slept closely, and yet I still discern like I'm just sleeping. Is there anything within general that could explanation this?

and that's the same for me i sleep at ten and wake up up about five-thirty contained by the morning. but i only budge to school so if you get work and school consequently thats gonna suck

Mono, flu, being sick, poor diet, pregnant..near are lots of things. It is hard for us to answer near so little info, we can only speculate.
I would reccomend getting a physical at your doctors bureau. There are a million reasons you could be so tired. Blood sugar, thyroid, a million different blood conditions.

I detest going to the Dr. just close to most people, but I hold learned that it's better to shift and get that over near instead of wasting time trying to figure it out yourself. You'll squirrel away yourself valuable time if it is something discouraging, and if it's not then you purely might feel better faster.
2 years ago I be having one and the same trouble. Get a check up with your doctor. Their are a few virus that can be responsible. Epstein Barr, Mono, CV, Chronic Fatigue, low iron, the chronicle could go on and on. Good Luck
Apart from have a bad sleeping rhythm (you should jump to bed slightly earlier/later, if possible, and return with good 9 hours of sleep every day), move about see a doc, if you are really terribly tired. Stress could wreak it too, so don't be surprised if you find no medical explanation. If you don't get exercises, you could basically be pushing yourself too hard physically.
Lots of things.anemia, low thyroid, depression, and next there is a moment ago plain exhaustion. Schedule an appointment beside your doctor. They can do blood work to see if there is an metabolic function for this. And they can also assess your mental state of mind too. Are you getting well, below a lot more stress lately??? Any core life change?? In order to own energy, you own to make get-up-and-go.(My PE teacher skilled that) Get out and take a amble...yes, it will wipe you out the first few days, but it will get better and the sunshine will minister to if you are depressed. Twenty minutes minimum of sunshine a day! but seriously--go see a doctor to be paid sure there isn't something physically wrong that could be smoothly corrected with a few meds or existence changes.

Could be several things. The spring weather make me sleepy. Stress also does it. Iron poor blood also does it, or pregnancy. If you are worried about it, run see a doc and have blood test done.
