Hi, I am 36, endorsement through unpromising times. My problem is I am not getting sleep at dark, could u suggest any?

Answer:
if you have already exhausted other resources, you can try this...but no offense - masturbation, because it is already proven that it make men sleepy every after they do it...i get this advice from a frank clinical psychologist, and it works, purely don't get addicted to it, coz you'll be immune.
5am still awake .. cant backing sry dude :(
It could be stress related, could be many things.

1. Pillows or mattress of bed not comfortable
2. Stress at work/ family/ someone attempting to slay ya
3. Full belly
4. Many others more ^_^

Consult a doctor get a prescribed sleeping medication.
If not, drink some alcohol, but contained by my case it help me stay awake.
Warm milk could help, but not proven.

Take effort.
Try to have a piece of bread and a chalice of warm milk. It may help out you to sleep. Or you can do some exercises to relax and relief stress during your free time so that you can sleep at darkness. Avoid coffee and tea.
i too had impossible to tell apart problem .i showed to the doc & he said change ur bed & especially ur pillow.capably try this now i m sleeping amazingly nicely.biddable night
I have this problem too, because of the problems I had through my impulsive age!
If you don't wanna go to a specialist (which is a taboo now unfortunately), try to make some tranquillizing exercises!
Before you sleep lie down and close your eyes! Try to be surrounded by a position that is comfortable for you! Then start off feeling every segment of your body and try to release the captivated energy! Do this from legs to lead! One part at a time!Don't rush! Then judge of a place that there is no else but you and near is nothing here to disturb you!A place like your glowing place! Think that you are there for around 5-10 minutes and try not to think of anything else!
This exercise worked for me, but it desires concentration!
Drinking a glass of heat up milk with honey is also comforting!
Suggest any what? You didn't finish your question so it's strong to figure out what you want. I guess if you really want to receive some peaceful sleep you'll first enjoy to put your bad times within proper perspective. You are alive and have the gift to make modern choices and head past its sell-by date in a spanking new direction. If you need unsullied skill sets, get them. Educational opportunity abound and getting financial aid is rarely an issue outside of Third World countries. There are hundreds of stories of ethnic group prevailing over seemingly impossible situations. It has almost become a cliche. If you want medication to sleep after see a doctor. If you want to try something herbal, go to some websites and check it out.
Could be related to anxiety or depression or concern or excitement. Try assessing whether any of these could be resulting cause.

- Do not examine tv or computer just up to that time bed
- warm to hot mug of milk beforehand bed
- warm hip bath before bed
- any thoughts stopping you from sleeping - grain them down
- read a heavy or boring book
- Chamomile tea
- lavender grease
- Do not have any caffiene (in tea coffee and chocolate) any time contained by evening.

Best of luck

I also listen to cd's with the deep music or nature sounds. I close to to have a small lover turned on in the room. It merely gives bad a cozy, airy feeling explicitly relaxing.
If i have a problem trying to sleep at dark, I drink a small glass of red wine. I will crash down asleep within 15 mins. Give it a try, I don`t know it will help you.
Try melatonin, I embezzle it for the same use, stress, and all the stuff that's running through my go before. I don't want to take any prescription stuff for the certainty I don't want to go to the doctors. It help alot. 8 full hours of sleep is the result that I get. Good luck.
