Lower back pain .. and i dont no why?
Answer:
It could be your period or your bowels. Keep a diary of when the pain is and what it's like then see if it coincides with your period or when you may be constipated, have the runs or maybe even eaten something that could cause it. I get lower back pain when I've eaten onions the day before.
I've been riding for almost 50 years and only get back pain if I haven't riden for a while or if I've done a particularly long ride. Perhaps your position isn't right in the saddle, get someone to watch you at all paces including jumping, preferably an instructor who knows what to look for.
Keep your diary for at least a month then take your findings along to the doc with you if you can't spot anything obvious.
Good luck, continue to enjoy your riding.
How is your posture? Sometimes horse riding can give you a back ache. Also, have you got your period yet?? If you have then sometimes back pain can be an indicator that you are about to get it. If the pain is really bad try a heat pack on the area.
If you not over weight , sounds like the horse ridding
i would ask myself is it all the time,or during my periods,i had endometreosis growing up,and always had sore back.
Perhaps you should do less horse riding.
It might be a muscular pain.
Stop riding and see if it helps.
I get lower back pain aswell, around the time of my period. Mine usually goes after a few days.
well since u r only 15 yrs old and if u rnot positve 4 prgnancy, the reason for your lower back pain can be related to your daily activities esp. your horsr back riding thing...this can be due to the prolonged sitting position when you are riding and its due to the pressure created on your lower pelvic during horse riding...well this is the only thing i can think as of the moment.
wel way you can do to alleviate the pain is by putting an icepack on the area and exercise.you can consult professionals who know more about your case...take care
