Spider. If it is particularly sensitive and itchy, callouses over, or there is a over-hasty or red streak coming from it - get to the emergency room rapidly. That would be a brown recluse spider - they can be pretty dangerous.

Depending on where on earth you live, insect bites are most common. Black flies can bite you more than once, so possibly you have two single bites subsequent to each other. It's fundamentally unlikely that something with "fangs" bit you. You would know it. I'm particular you're looking at two single bites close together.

IF YOU FEEL LIKE (oops caps) Ur gonna faint or it really hurts u should call on ur doctor. and i have a much worse injury i cut my foot. so if u surface SO much pain... jump to Ur doctor (not the ER) :-) and i hope u feel better it might be a mosquito bite... that bit two times close together... if it is a short time ago SCREW THOSE PESKY MOSQUITOS!!!...
