Dizziness, ear ringing, etc.?
For the past 2 years I have an average of 7 hours sleep per night, and contained by the past week, my sleep be not very accurate since I had to switch the time renovation from US to China (traveling), so I am not sure if that's part of the factor.
I only just want to know what is wrong with me. Thanks for any support.

My first reaction is that you are experiencing and inner ear issue... this can be a mild fluid build up to a possible full blown infection...
The ringing isn't really the clue here... the dizziness is...
I suggest you find the advice of a competent Dr... it could be a simple fix similar to a decongestant. or an allergy med... or it could require an antibiotic if it is an infection.

Hi there I suffered next to similar symptoms to you last year, I have been to canada on holiday and whilst near started to suffer with ringing surrounded by my ear, dizziness and nausea. I went to my GP when I returned home and be told I was suffering near Vertigo, they prescribed medication and my symptoms eventually went after a few weeks. I hope this help you, good luck A
