If you are worried about something being wrong?
Answer:
It's a common human thing. I had about talked myself into believing I had a blood clot last week bec I had a couple of the symptoms (pain and inflamation in upper leg) so I called someone I know who knows a lot about this from personal experience and from caring for patients and asked the symptoms of blood clots. As she told me the other symptoms and I realized that couldn't be it the pain that I'd had for 2 days actually let up. We humans are strange, aren't we? Best way to eliminate this fear is a complete physical in which you share your concerns with your doctor.
you could have a psychosomatic disease. that is when a person is so convinced they have a disease or illness that their brain starts to believe it, and their body starts to show symptoms. if you are really worried, talk to your physician. they will be the only ones who can really determin if something is wrong with you or not. and if there's nothing wrong and you still are convinced there is, see a psychologist. they can help get the idea out of your head.
If you have a symptom for three days and simple home care (rest, aspirin, change in diet) doesn't help, call your doctor for advice. If they feel you need to be seen, they'll tell you.
