How can I fix my shinsplints?

I have gotten shinsplints over the years from sports, and from walking/ standing seriously at work. Yestreday I took my dog for a walk and hurt them even more than commonplace. Is there a passageway to help them alleviate? I'm not a big fan of human being gimpy.

Answer:
Long term rest is the singular thing I know of. When I be in the military I get shin splints. I had to stop adjectives running/jogging and avoid walking / long term standing for several months to go and get rid of the pain. That be over 20 years ago and maybe something current has come along but rest is the individual cure I know.

Good luck!
Easy!!, go to see a doctor, seriously!!, you don't wanna be paid it worst, good luck!
