How do I treat a swollen and enormously painfull rotator cuff?

I just started playing volleyball again and on the 3rd hours of daylight of playing and constant activity my rotator cuff suddendly become painfull and swollen. I was competent to notice the cramp the most while serving overhand or spiking. I gave my shoulder a rest and iced it until the discomfort subsided, stretched the muscles as best I could before I played again but surrounded by only just about a few minutes of game play my rotator cuff starts to hurt adjectives over again! I still played all hours of darkness though but cut my games a little short because the distress became overwhelming and I could hardly move my arm. The next light of day my cuff seems even more swolIen than ever and I gain this aggrivating feeling down my arm similar to a nerve or capillary is being compressed or pinched which made it impressively uncomfortable for me to sleep or do anything. I've given my arm give or take a few a weeks rest and I can still feel a slight stiffness surrounded by my cuff just similar to it was right until that time I played for the first time after injuring it. I want to play so bad but I'm afraid...

It seem as if you were tear your cuff little by little until you finally noticed it. The Acromion a bone right over the Rotator cuff usually develops a spur lower than it that acts resembling a knife over and over your cuff, here is also a layer of butter that acts as a lubricant call Bursa this can also get inflamed and make happen pain. Usually a 20 minute surgical procedure will fix this and even fix any tears already surrounded by your shoulder. The pinching you feel is call Impingement Syndrome, and it is the acromion rubbing on your cuff. Icing helps beside the inflammation and usually Aleve or Tylenol help as in good health.

I always recommend interviewing at smallest 2 doctors about their approach to fixing this. A virtuous surgeon will fix anything Arthroscopically meaning through small holes and a camera within your shoulder. This shortens your recovery time.
Good grief! Rest your arm and run anti-inflammatories. If this continues you may need surgery. Don't knock about your body; it's trying to tell you something.
turn to the doctor and see if you have a torn rotator cuff... if you do you will enjoy to have surgery to repair it end in they wont repair themselves... usually rotator cuff surgery is outpatient (u can go home indistinguishable day)
need rest, rime and IBU for the swelling and a Dr's visit to formulate sure that you didn't injure the rotator cuff more than you think. No more volleyball until you see the doctor. You could be doing more and possibly binding damage.
