Why do i feel dizzy, blurred vision and headache when i stand up?
Answer:
Sometimes while laying down, especially with your feet elevated(head below the feet in the same plane) blood will run to lower elevations. Getting up fast forces the blood out of your head and back into lower extremeties causing a "head rush" and sometimes black out, worse passing out. You could also possibly have low blood sugar if very minimal time laying down
go to a doc. Your symptoms could be high blood pressure, heart problems, vertigo or a mass of other reasons, could be dangerous. Get checked out please.
It is caused by your blood that quickly leaves your brain when you elevate your head from your body... You can call it "blood rush". The only thing you can do those stuffs slowly so that you don't get blood rush in your head. That situation is quite normal, it also happens to me sometimes and I just let it pass
