Why am i always tired when I'm not working?

When im at work i am fine. I work 6pm until finish, normally 3am - 4am. I sleep for 7-8 hours but when i get up, usually a few hours later, i feel tired and sleep for another hour. Why is this? How do i stop this? is there a serious solution?

Answer:
Maybe you're tired because your body's biological clock is a little out of whack because of the unconventional hours you work. I would suggest a couple things to help boost your metabolism in the morning and keep you energized when you aren't at work.

-Drink plenty of water
-Avoid artificial sugars (they give you a burst of energy but you will crash soon after)
-Try to meet the RDA of fruits and veggies (esp those containing Vitamin C)
-Take a brisk walk before 'breakfast' or the first meal you eat after waking- this will boost your metabolism, and help you digest your meal more efficiently
-Try to avoid being sedentary; just by adding a little extra activity you will probably notice a huge difference in your energy level.
-Take a multivitamin daily

Although it seems like doing more makes you more tired, it's really the opposite (provided you aren't overworking your body) and adding some extra activity may help you solve your problem.

If little fixes like this don't help you, I suggest visiting your doctor to make sure your tiredness isn't a symptom of something more serious.
