I have one and the same problem. I can't sleep face up. I try to sleep on my side if at all possible, but still usually move on my stomach. Is your matress contained by good shape? Maybe try a sleep aid to trip up asleep on your side or back? Good luck!
try a softer (newer) bed...put pillows around your leader and forehead...for sleeping sideways-try a pillow between your legs.

Try buying an orthopedic bed and a couple of nice fluffy pillows.Use one on your head and hug the other one to sleep. And never try to stir to bed unless you're really sleepy. I have problems trying to sleep past so I try to be very influential during the day so below par be freakin tired during bedtime and fall asleep instantly.

Try try again.Sleep on the floor face down but minus a pillow I infer that will solve yer problem.With pillow yer spine is not straight due to yer raised herald,but without a pillow possibly it can help.
