i recently hurt my SI pooled. it is not hurt very bleak, but it hurts enough that i've missed a few games. how can i get hold of better quickly?
Answers: Try oil lamp exercise and taking an over the counter pain reliever such as Motrin or Advil. Also heat up baths are great for joint anguish. Happy Healing!
