Tylenol PM or Aleve?

which works better out of the two?
i cant sleep so i need some sleeping pills
which one works better and faster??

i've hear tylenol pm helps you sleep but do you enjoy pain or newly need sleep if it's lately sleep there is unisom thats over the counter try that
tylenol pm works best for sleeping and aleve works better for distress
Tylenol can hurt the liver. Aleve can upset your stomach. Take the Aleve, but take it near a little food. Nighty darkness!
Good hard exercise a light of day make ssleeping great. Better shape, better sleep.
