Broken butt?

Hi, yesterday I slipped while wearing 4 inch heels and fell very tough on concrete steps. The pain be so bad that I have to sit for a while but then it feel okay so I got up again to put your foot down the stairs and I fell AGAIN (haha.. pretty stupid). But now my butt hurts plentifully, especially the part right above the crack and I can't really fabrication on my left side (but okay on my righ). Do I hold a broken butt? What kind of doctor should I see?
