My vein sticking out!?

Ok when my arms "fall asleep" the vein become really visible! The kinda stick out!! is this unpromising?!

Answer:
Veins are stretchy, that way they don't pop when pressures shift from your heart beating and circulating your blood. When your arm falls asleep, or you in recent times leave it baggy long enough short moving it, the blood will pool in your vein a bit an make them poof out. It's clearly normal.
No you are majority.
dont worry, it happen to me all the time.
If you hold your arm straight up and they stir down within a few second...no problem.

If it doesn't within a minute and there's discoloration, persistant backache or pressure, and it impairs motion, bid a nurse helpline or a doctor to get attention.
