How do i make well my wrist?

The injury occured from weight lifting. I judge i lifted to much, to masses times. And the pain is just there after i heave things. How can i heal this so i wont enjoy a sharp pain when i raise things in my wrist? Also would food next to lots of protein help?

Protein foods wont especially relieve. Ice and heat would. And buy a nice set of lifting gloves next to wrist supports to wear when you lift, so that you hold your wrist at neutral. It's a sector of the body we use so much that it takes a long time to treat.
drink a lot of marine...rest it as much and you can and i'll be praying for you :)
To start you should put some ice on that paw and second go to the orthopedist.

Try taking anti-inflammatories and icing the area 20 mins on and 20 mins past its sell-by date. If you can't get a prescription for the NSAID (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) next take Aleve.
