My hand is burning !?

So I woke up like an hour ago and I went outside and started to ride my bike then I went to watch TV then after a few min. MY HAND STARTED BURNING LIKE HELL IT REALLY HURTS PLEASE HELP !!!!...

Answer:
Could be a pinched nerve or spasm of the muscle.Put a heating pad on it,or wrap it with icy hot or ben gay and wrap it.I'm sure its fine.But if the pain don't go away see a doctor.
