Why is the right arm longer than the left arm?

For most people, left side organs are slightly bigger then right side organs. It changes on very few people. Like being left-handed. That is not anomaly. You must be one of these few.
There is even people with hearth on the right. Unless your right arm is really, visibly (e.g. 5 cm) longer than the left, it does not show any problem.
