Foot pain from walking?
Answer:
Try the insoles and anti-pain products recommended on my website. You can find the insoles I recommend in my little health booklet linked to my site. If you don't find it right away it's probably because I'm trying to edit it a little before I upload it.
Give your feet a rest. Get good walking shoes, maybe get some Dr. Scholl's inserts.
Go see a podiatrist. Treat your feet well. No other part of your body, ln fact no part of anyone else's, does so very much work for you. You owe it to your feet to give them proper care.
Ice, and don't over work it, not if it isn't used to it.
that happens to me when i don't wear inserts in my shoes. they are inexpensive and all you have to do is slip them in your shoes. hope this helps!
is there pressure on the ball of ur foot when u walk. Is there a heel to your shoe?
even a little heel can make a difference to the comfortability of the shoe. avoid walking on marble..those are killer on the feet...and shoes w/o much of a sole ( dress shoes) wont help ur foot much
this happened to me not too long ago.. i was wearing flip flops and went walking for 5 hours.. the pain eventually went avay.. my advice is to wear proper shoes :)
You need to see a doctor, certainly. I have foot and ankle pain, and i was wearing poor shoes because I felt like i couldn't afford good ones. Rotating your shoes is crucial as well as wearing shoes with good arch supports. No flat shoes. Also, a good quality shoe will have better shock absorption. Try going to a specialty shoe store. If you have the money (which i don't, but my mom did) the doctor might suggest you get insoles designed specially for your feet. They will force your foot to apply pressure to the proper points. Again, go see a doctor soon. They can examine your foot for other problems.
I have bad pain in my feet also. Shoes are very impotent half size bigger then what you where. Planterfasuites is know in foot discomfort also. But see a Doctor.Good Luck Not sure if I spelled planters correctly. Sorry.
elevate feet on edge of sofa, use ice (or ice bottle)
freeze an empty plastic bottle, put on feet 20 min.
Rub the pain out, also put a magnet on the pain (neg. side against skin)
U should feel better soon.
Another tip---cut some of that egg carton foam (if u have it on your bed) and fit it in your shoe and u will walk more comfortable (good bounce back)
I feel u r over streatching yourself. Take a break as in take rest for a couple of days!
get your self good walking shoes. sometimes wearing separate soles inside your walking shoes help!
do get an appointment with a good podiatrist as well as your family physician as it may also be the effect of the changes in ur blood sugar level!
GOOD LUCK!!
