OK so...I blew my nose and now I feel like I am gonna die...?

I am dizzy, nauseous, my ears hurt, and I cant hear good. I tried to plug my nose and blow but now I am in even more pain than before. WHat can I do to reverse the effects?

you more than likely applied too much pressure to your inner ear ( equilibrium ) causing fluid to swirl around. This causes all symptoms described. You should really see a doctor. if you damaged any nerves IT could lead to hearing loss in one or both ears and that's bad. if you don't get better real soon, VISIT A DOCTOR.

you must have popped your eardrums real good, i would just try to rest or sleep, if it continues or gets serious you should go see a doctor, preferably an ear doctor
You feel like you're going to die yet in the mist of dying you crawled to your computer and typed this question.

Not sure what you can do to reverse the effect but if you in so much pain. CONTACT A DOCTOR .

Possibly a sinus or ear infection. I'd go to the doctor.
