My grandmother have fell and injured herself?

My grandmother is 70 years old and coming out of bingo on wednesday hours of darkness she tripped on a concrete slab that had be placed outside the door as a ramp. she is very inadequately bruised and in a great deal of pain and have been advise to make a compensation claim
On speaking beside a claim company she was asked to email some photographs of her injuries and also of the place the disaster happened
On taking her in that this morning we found that the slab has be moved to leaning against a balustrade how do we get around this and proove it be there to start next to any help would be greatly appreiciated

Answer:
If anything else is hosted in attendance find someone who has taken pictures at the event and try to zoom surrounded by on the area otherwise lift a picture of what is being done currently and explain that you are researching to find a photo- Hope she get better soon!
doesn't sound close to they were liable .
especially if it be a ramp intended to help the disabled.
possibly its time for her to get a wicker or walker
as she may be too unstable if she injures self on an marked ramp meant to facilitate those like her..
i am disabled. i use a rattan or walker as needed
i monitor where i am going.
psyche never go after someone who be kind satisfactory to make ramp as most are not.
especially when i be leaving a place of having a bet.
maybe she gamble twice -too proud to use the assitve devices she needs.
If possible, win ahold of the place she played bingo. Ask them to talk to the claim company if they can. Hope your grandmother feel better.
