Long Leg Cast?
Answer:
Usually they use a brace that looks approaching this one after surgery- here is a picture of one of the ones they usually use http://www.orthomerica.com/products/lowe...
It's not something that people would typically know how to sign, and you probably wouldn't want people to put much pressure on it because your knees and leg will be so sore- it won't be hard it basically stabilizes the knee after surgery- you will not wear the brace long because you will start physical psychiatric therapy, and not need to wear it anymore- you probably won't even run to school after ward for a week or so because after my knee surgery my knees and ankle would swell really badly and it would be markedly painful...so I have to remain lying down with my leg above my heart for a while. Have you be to the doctor? Usually they won't do surgery unless you have no other chance because of the risks and how invasive surgery is because you don't want to end up approaching me where immediately I'm in more dull pain because I had the surgery (even though it be a last resort) and my entire leg is sensitive to touch...but don't be alarmed if you have to hold surgery because my complication (I got Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy/Complex Regional Pain Syndrome- I know you probably own no idea or ever hear of this before) was few and far between, but it is just one of the risks of surgery.
yes i broke my arm and get a long fiberglass cast near elastic below it. the dont realy use plater anymore, exept for very small cast, like when i broke my foot, i get a small plaster, removable cast
