I have clear fluid like bubbles on my feet, then red tiny dots form after accompanied by peeling. What is?
Answer:
This could potentially be scabies, which is nothing to be embarassed about it if it is; they are spread very easily. Scabies usually show up around the toes/ankles/wrists/fingers (where there are small wrinkles or folds in the skin) and appear as tiny, clear "blisters" which itch and burst or pop upon scratching. This could also be an allergic reaction (an anti-histamine, like benadryl, should alleviate the itching in this case), but allergic reactions usually involve hives (red whelps which itch intensely and spread in response to the allergen involved). This could also be due to a detergent/dye sensitivity of some sort, but it seems doubtful it is isolated to your toes and fingers; this also makes a fungal infection (athlete's foot; anti-fungal creams and powders should work in this case) more unlikely, but both are still possibilities. If the itching increases at night, that is a stronger indication for scabies, as this is a hallmark symptom for them. It could also be poison oak/ivey (calamine lotion and hydrocortison creams should work here), but exposure is required here, and most people have their feet well-covered when hiking in the woods. If this is a recurrent problem or your symptoms coincide with scabies, you will have to see a doctor. There are no over-the-counter medical treatments available for it. I hope this information helps!
Try an OTC medication for athletes feet and see if it helps.
when i got them on my feet as a child it was because of the dye in the socks. i switched to all white socks and it disappeared. ouch it was painful
sounds like a fungus
Sounds like athletes foot.
i;ve had these before,,,,mainly on my hands..its poison ivy
i have the same thing, it comes and goes with seasons, usually a seasonal change. I get it on my finger tips, on the top and sometimes they will make blisters on my palm and inside finger tips that can be very painful and irritating. I was told by a dermatoligist it is a fungal infection similar to athletes foot, but more extreme. beleive it or not, gel deoderant really helps. but what works most of all were the words from my mother. when I was a baby and had diaper rash my doctor told her that sun exposure was important to raise the viatmin D in the skin. so I will go out and wear sandals, bare foot, something to expose my skin to the sun for BREIF periods. I'm not sugesting to go out and bake your feet. but it does help. feet do not see that much sun. it is very sensitive skin and like any skin it does need some exposure to the sun. after 20 min-30 min a day. after a week it seems to dissapear. now I live in phoenix. it has not been cloudy for almost 100 days. sun may not be available everywhere :).
I've got the exact thing inbetween my fingers, been there for year or so,they come and go but sometimes itch like crazy.I went to the dermatolagist and he gave me a steroid cream that was really expensive,it helped a little but it's still there but not as bad. I call it the Boogin's.....
I've had something similar before. It is most likely caused by food allergies. One example is something called "dermatitis herpetiformis", caused by allergies to wheat and/or dairy products.
