Been having chest pains for 4 days on the right side of my chest above my nipple i touch breathless and a little aching when i breathe i am scared it could be cancer or tumour but i also be having pins and needles adjectives over as well.strange piece is when i touch a metal pushcart i feel similar to i am having electric shocks why is this so? i own not smoke for 2days now and thinking of quiting for dutiful. i also have not be sleeping well at terribly odd hours close to 8.00 am wake up at 4pm could these be due to tiredness..support anyone.
