You didn't specify where the keloid is located. Is it a cartilage piercing? If, it is a cartilage piercing, it may just need time to heal and it depends on how fast your regular piercing take to heal. Personally, I have had two cartilage piercings for about 18 years and each keloid took about a full year to go away with just regular cleanings.
