It could be a kind of heat rash. Use sunscreen when you go out in the sun or wear a hat and also drink more water and only water from about 2-3 days that should work.
I live in florida, so heat rashes are common here.
They are zits. More like baby zits. Its a phase before they become red and juicy.
could be caused by heat depending where u live, i recomend neutrogena daily oil free cleansing acne wash( i dont have acne), but it works well for the little pimples and blemishes i get.
