Tiny bumps on my face?

I have these tiny, tiny flesh colored bumps (usually on my nose and sometimes run from the nose, under my eye, to right above the cheekbone). They are there most of the time, but every once in a while I look up and they're gone. Does anyone know what causes them and how I can get rid of them for good?

Answer:
It could be a kind of heat rash. Use sunscreen when you go out in the sun or wear a hat and also drink more water and only water from about 2-3 days that should work.

I live in florida, so heat rashes are common here.
They are zits. More like baby zits. Its a phase before they become red and juicy.
could be caused by heat depending where u live, i recomend neutrogena daily oil free cleansing acne wash( i dont have acne), but it works well for the little pimples and blemishes i get.
probably pimples
i have the same issue and I use mary kay acne treatment gel and it works really good
