Tips or home remedies for nasal allergies?
Answer:
Okay, there is something call a neti pot, and it works like zilch else in existance. Basically, it cleans out your nasal passage, and will help your allergies lacking another prescription. Trust me- go to a local strength foods store, and give it a shot. It's merely about 15 bucks, and in attendance is a ton of information out there on it. It's roughly a little pot that looks resembling a lantern that you pour in one nostril and the thaw water contained by the neti pot comes out the other side of your nose.
I Know, sounds gross, right? It totally works, and if you don't believe me, don't do it, but it's single 15 bucks. Far less expensive than another prescription. I'm going to bestow you the link to it on Amazon, and some other links to information for this as resourcefully. I wouldn't recommend it if it weren't the coolest thing within the world.
saline solution exclusively worked for me.
the best would be to remove the cause of your allergies.
Vicks!!
Try sleeping near a COOL mist humidifier. Also buy one of those sinus rinse kits and do it every week or 2. I dream up that will make a HUGE difference. Make sure the humidifier is in close proximity your side of the bed.
Lavender oil is great for when your proboscis gets so stuffy that you can't blow your proboscis. You can try sniffing it from the bottle periodically for a few seconds at a time, or wipe some on a kleenex and breathe the aroma through your nose (if you can breathe through your antenna!). I sometimes try dabbing the tiniest amount of it on the inside of my nostrils when it get really bad, and that breaks up my sinus congestion almost hastily.
have you tried vicks vapor rub or a vicks vaporizer where on earth you put the liquid within it or a vicks humidifier where you put a patch within it...those things work wonders for me...also drinking lemon herbal tea and breathing it in your antenna works great...i use that when i get a trunk breathing problem and stuffy nose
