HIV is way too hard to transmit moreover from a woman to a man during a heterosexual intercourse, due to the smallness of the mucal area in the male penis, compared to that in the femal vagina. Your risk on the incident you mentioned above was very low down to zero.
To put your mind at 100% ease, although the words I told you are not likely to change, wait for 13 weeks then go for ELISA antibodies test, whereas antibodies against the virus develop in the maximum period of 13 weeks according to CDC and modern science. A test at 6 weeks may give a 60% indicator that is non likely to change, but a test at 13 weeks is mandatory for a conclusive result.
I fully expect you to test negative, but you still have to do the test at the right time, for the sole purpose of putting your mind at ease.
Definitely the 13 weeks are going to be hard time since you are that worried. Educating yourself on the virus and knowing the medical facts may help reducing your fear, and consequently panic attacks to zero. If you found your panic attacks out of control you may take zoloft or prozac (1 tablet / day) + xanax when needed.
PEP "Post Exposure Prophylaxis" medicines are not recommended in your case. They have to be started soon enough after an exposure, but your case is NOT a sample for potential exposure, even if your sexual partner was positive, which remains a very low possibility in itself.

A UK funded trial aimed at reducing the spread of Aids in Uganda by modifying sexual behaviour appears to have had little discernible effect.
The trial, carried out on around 15,000 people in the Masaka region, involved distributing condoms, treating around 12,000 victims of sexually transmitted diseases and counselling.
However, while the trial led to a marked change in sexual behavioural patterns, with the proportion reporting causal sexual partners falling from around 35 per cent to 15 per cent, there was no noticeable fall in the number of new cases of HIV infection, although there was a significant reduction in sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis and gonorrhoea.
The trial results, which were reported in the British medical journal The Lancet, have already aroused some controversy.
The team leader of the trial, Dr Anatoli Kamalai, acknowledged that there was "no measurable reduction" in HIV incidence with "no hint of even a small effect."
