Pill credentials?

i found a small biege or light pink colored pill on the floor. singular markings are the letter " c" on one side. the "c" looks similar to the kind you capture from a type writer. nothing else on it. any view what this could be???

It could be a number of different pills. Are here any numbers on it? That's helps plentifully more then junk mail.
