Iron fewer?

I'm 13 and tired alot. I take nap 2-3 times a week, which about a year ago I never did. I'm cold most of the time, even when I'm surrounded by my hoodie and have a blanket on. Today I slept till 2:30 and own been tired and shakey. Could this be an iron negative amount?

Yes I'm on my period, I devour healthy and the right amounts. No, I haven't have my blood sugar checked.

And oh yea, I don't eat beef.
