Help with skin rash?

so last night (4 a.m) i noticed bumps on my skin and starting getting really itchy. i really need help diagnosing what i got and how to treat it.
as for a a backround story, i havent been outside at all. and last night i was on the phone and my dog was sleeping with me, which was the first time in a while. so could i have possibly got it from him?
