The inner mucous membrane of the skin covering the penis has cuts and inflammations,have high blood sugar lvl?

I am honest to my wife , the level of FBS is 170. Is ther any ointment or cream that can be applied in that area as while urinating there is burning feeling in the skin. Do I have some sort of urine infection too, I do not drink much water during the day also.

i know you are honest to your wife and don`t go out,
your problem is associated with your high FBS...it is
really high, and what about PPBS...it may be around 300-350 +

if you can control your blood sugar level say FBS at 110 max. and
PPBS at 250 max. your problem will disapper with out any medicine,

believe you me,
here any ointment or cream will not work to the fullest,
(you may get 10-20% relief with the cream as your root cause
is high FBS and high PPBS)
